Components
Our lifetime warranty reflects our dedication to quality and durability. It covers all internal components—such as clutches, brackets, caps, covers, and wands—for as long as you own the product. This warranty protects against defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship, and we will repair or replace any item found to be defective for these reasons. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, stains, tears, alterations, misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, direct exposure to salt air, or failure to follow operating instructions.
Mechanisms
Our warranty provides peace of mind by ensuring reliable coverage for key components. Motors, remotes, and solar panels are protected for 5 years from the date of installation. Cordless mechanisms also carry a 5-year warranty, highlighting our commitment to lasting quality and performance. Please note that fabric is not included under the cordless mechanism warranty. We take pride in the dependability of our products and are dedicated to your satisfaction through ongoing support.
Fabrics
Our warranty includes a 1-year coverage from the date of installation, specifically addressing fabric defects or issues arising from improper installation—excluding any physical damage. If physical damage occurs or you wish to change the color (within the same fabric range), a 50% replacement cost based on the original price will apply. This policy reflects our dedication to customer satisfaction while ensuring clear, fair, and supportive service for your product needs.
